Descriptive Content Analysis of Studies on 21st Century Skills

The aim of the study is to bring together national studies on 21st century skills under headings “purpose, method, skill types, sampling, data collection tools, results, and recommendations”. Descriptive content analysis done for 84 skills. Within scope research, each were analyzed with examination form. Each was recorded in form then tables formed. According results study, purpose highest frequency “investigation relationship between various variables”, method “survey”, that explained as “P21 skills” had frequencies. While “teacher candidates” “teachers” most preferred sample groups, “scales” used tools. Conclusions showed existing our lives, education systems, also textbooks more or less because not apart from life itself. Therefore, it suggested goal raise individuals line demands century.
